Currently, 150 children from the Colaba community are part of our sports and education program.
The children belong to the Mumbai based Ambedkar slum. Their parents' occupations are predominantly fishing and construction work.
This area is plagued by unawareness of education, health and hygiene; while the dropout ratio among students belonging to this area is very high, especially after 8th grade of schooling among girls.
All Dreams started working on the community's struggle to support their children and help children complete their education while also breaking the gender barrier. All Dreams uses sports as a tool for community empowerment and to raise awareness on basic hygiene while training.

at Present, about 50 children are part of our sports and education program in Shivnagar village.
The program focuses on life skills, gender equality, the abomination of child marriage, health, and hygiene; while also encouraging re-enrolling in school to reduce school dropout rates. We are also working with parents to improve their engagement with their children.
Parents in this village often migrate to cities for better livelihood thus school dropout ratio is high. There is a general lack of awareness of the legalities of child marriages and its abomination in current times.

Over 300 children have enrolled in All Dreams life skills program, where sessions are divided into grade-wise activities.
The 6th, 7th, 8th & 9th grade, for instance, get 20 sessions a year that focus on life-skills and another 20 sessions that focus on sports development.
The sessions are conducted by community coordinators and coaches.

Over 300 children are currently enrolled in our sports and education program in Alur village.
We have 2 programs in the village. The first one involves the local school where we provide its students with a development program involving sports and life skills. We also use this platform to encourage children who have left to re-enroll in school to reduce the rate of dropouts and raise awareness about gender equality and to abhor child marriage.
We also have a Community program that focuses on health and hygiene, parent engagement, stakeholder engagement through our sports development program. All the parents involved are either farmers or daily wage workers who need our help to raise their children better and educate them well.
